**The Role**:
Blackpool and the Fylde College (B&FC) is seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Cleaning Operative (Fixed Term) to join our Estates team. You will play a key role in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. This role is based at Bispham and University Centre (Park Road) Campus on a part-time basis (15 hours per week), working either 06:30 - 09:30 or 15:00 - 18:00.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Perform a range of cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, including classrooms, bathrooms, offices, and communal spaces
- Follow health and safety guidelines while using cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisors
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with students, staff, and visitors

**We are looking for individuals who have the following**:

- Hold or work towards British Institute of Cleaning Sciences (BICs) or similar.
- Manual Handling training.
- Basic Health and Safety training.
- COSHH training.

**About the Estates Department**:
The Estates Department at B&FC manages and maintains all college facilities and grounds, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all.
