- Work closely with crane operators and site supervisors to ensure smooth and safe lifting procedures.
- Carry out pre-use checks of lifting equipment.
- Maintain clear communication and signalling during lifts.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations on site.
- Support the wider site team when required.

**Requirements**:

- Valid CPCS or NPORS Slinger/Signaller card (essential).
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding of lifting operations and site safety procedures.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a proactive attitude.
