**Responsibilities**
- Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
- Utilise effective phone etiquette to build rapport with customers.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately while maintaining customer records.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services based on customer needs.
- Analyse customer feedback to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse situations and provide appropriate solutions.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in every interaction.

Pay: £24,347.00-£26,991.00 per year
