**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Support financial operations by using Xero for invoicing and expense tracking.
- Processing subcontractor payments, including assessment of CIS deductions and DRC-VAT reverse charges
- Reconciling and preparing monthly CIS returns
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes.

**Skills**
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is essential.
- Competence in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with Xero is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills with the capability to learn new software quickly.
- Knowledge of CIS - Construction Industry Scheme (TAX) and DRC VAT reverse charge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
