**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes.
- Provide floor care services such as carpet cleaning and maintenance of hard surface floors.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Maintain an organized schedule to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks.
- Handle any special requests from clients with professionalism and care.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or similar roles; janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques, including housekeeping management practices.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in cleaning environments.
- Experience with cooking is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
