**Position**:Multi Trade

**Location**:Based in Portsmouth but delivers projects within an estimated 30 mile radius of our

headquarters.

**Employment Type**:Sub-contractor

**Starting Date**:13th to 20th January 2025

**Reports To**:Project Manager and Operations Manager

**Role Description**

As a **multi trade**with**TWC Construction Ltd**, you will play a crucial role in delivering

high-quality void projects. You will have the flexibility to work both independently and

collaboratively within a team, ensuring that each task is completed with precision and efficiency.

Your expertise will contribute to our commitment to excellence, helping us achieve our ambitious

growth goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Execution of Specialised Tasks**:
○ Perform specialised skills related to your trade with high proficiency.

○ Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and

company quality benchmarks.
- **Team Collaboration**:
○ Work effectively within a team environment, contributing to collective goals and

project milestones.

○ Support and assist team members as needed to ensure project success.
- **Independent Work**:○ Manage individual assignments with mínimal supervision, demonstrating initiative

and accountability.

○ Maintain organisation and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
- **Problem Solving**:
○ Identify and analyse issues that arise during projects.

○ Develop and implement effective solutions to overcome challenges, ensuring

project continuity.
- **Communication**:
○ Communicate clearly and promptly with team members and supervisors

regarding project progress and any potential issues.

○ Document and report problems that require higher-level attention, facilitating

timely resolutions.
- **Quality Assurance**:
○ Uphold the highest standards of workmanship and attention to detail.

○ Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure it meets or exceeds

quality expectations.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- **Education & Certification**:
○ Relevant trade certification or apprenticeship completion.

○ Additional certifications related to safety and specialised skills are a plus.
- **Experience minimum of 5 years**:
○ Proven experience as a specialist tradesman in [Basic plumbing, carpentry, tiling,

decorating, plastering)

○ Demonstrated ability to perform both team-based and independent work.
- **Skills**:
○ Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.

○ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

○ Ability to read and interpret job specific specifications.

○ Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment safely and effectively.
