A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Multi-skilled Plasterer to join their busy/forward thinking/high performing/ambitious Voids Team.

The role will be based in their modern head office in Birkenhead, Wirral or in their Birkenhead based depot. The office /depot is easily accessible from most transport links with just a short walk from Hamilton Square train station and local bus routes.Free parking is provided to staff either on site or nearby.

**Contract Type**: This role is a temporary fixed term role for a period of 6 months on a full-time basis working 38hrs per week.

**Salary**: £28,567

**Multi-skilled Plasterer Duties**:
To carryout Multi -trade maintenance, refurbishment and construction activities in a core trade craft discipline and to be suitably qualified and proficient in an element of the following trades Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering, Painting and Tiling in orderto complete repairs / projects to the customer or client’s satisfaction.

**Multi-skilled Plasterer Requirements**:
You will be someone with a positive and enthusiastic personality with a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail and positively contribute to the role and team you work in. The ability to plan, organise and prioritise work is essential and tobe able to work with colleagues of all levels, both internal and external. Good verbal and written communication skills are a must and ideally you will be fully proficient in all Microsoft Office packages.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- Time served Apprenticeship.
- Craft City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2.
- Advanced Craft City and Guilds or NVQ Level 3 (Desirable)
- An Appropriate qualification and/or able to demonstrate an extensive track record in multi-skilling.
- Appropriate CSCS Card (Desirable)
