Breakfast Waitress

Denbies Wine Estate one of the largest vineyards in the UK is set in the heart of Surrey Hills, an area known for its outstanding natural beauty. Denbies pride itself as one of the finest venues in Surrey.

We currently have an opportunity to recruit a Breakfast Waiter to join our catering team. Working on a shift basis which will include weekends you will have experience in a similar high volume, fast-paced environment with the ability to think on your feet whilst delivering excellent customer service.

You will be working closely with the Hotel and Catering Management Team to deliver high-quality service to our guests.

The successful applicant will need have experience in Front of House / plate waiting.

You will have a keen eye for detail and be customer-focused with an ability to work off your own initiative.

Breakfast shift starts at 6.30am

**Responsibilities**:

- Have previous experience working within high profiles, hotels, private members’ clubs,s or similar environment
- Are excellent team players with exceptional communication skills
- Have a warm and welcoming personality, with high standards of professionalism and a drive to provide a memorable experience to each and every guest.
- Have experience serving Breakfast and Lunch Knowledge of Food and Wine is essential, but full training is provided.
- Knowledge of Food and Wine is Essential.
- Maintain the standard of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Minimum of 4 GCSE’S including Maths and English
- Minimum 1 years’ experience within a similar role is essential
