**The Elvetham Hotel**:
The Elvetham Hotel is an elegant country house hotel in Hampshire, rich in history and set in 35 acres of beautiful gardens.

The hotel is one of the most historic sites in Hampshire entwined in the British Royal Family. The site can be traced back to as early as the 800's AD.

Today the Estate consists of 91 bedrooms shared between the Main House and The Stables, as well as four unique and flexible function rooms.

The Elvetham hotel is looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and authentic person to join our growing Front of House Team

**What will I be responsible for?**

As a Front of House Porter, you will make sure that all public areas are beautifully presented to our guests, playing a key role in creating exceptional experiences.

Welcome guests upon arrival, help them from their cars and taxis, offer help with their luggage, escort them to Reception while maintaining a courteous and friendly conversation.

Attend to all guests and potential clients giving necessary information about hotel facilities, local attractions, dining, entertainment, transportation, sports events, recreation, tours, child-care, cultural events, shopping etc

You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is always delivered in line with our core values and standards.

Highly self-motivated, confident, decisive and able to work with limited supervision.

Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guests needs.
