Initially funded till end of October 2027. (6 months probationary period.)

JOB PURPOSE:
The main role of this post is to offer Complex Needs support for young women aged 16- 25. All young women supported will have lived experience of domestic abuse

Job Role / Responsibilities Main Purpose of Post:
To work directly with young women aged 16-25 with complex and multiple needs by providing one to one intensive support, that will take a holistic approach meeting their specific needs. All young women will have lived experience of domestic abuse.

This role is part of the DARS partnership service. Domestic Abuse Recovery Service (DARS) is a service within Behind Closed Doors which includes two strands:
*PARS (Prevention and Recovery Service and the Complex Needs Strand.)

*Complex Needs Strand is delivered by a partnership of three women and girls organisations
- Behind Closed Doors, Shantona and Getaway Girls.

This post will be employed by Getaway Girls and will be part of the Getaway Girls team. It will also be part of the Complex Needs team within DARS,

QUALIFICATIONS: Relevant Qualification/ training

Experience of individual support with young women with complex needs**.**

Experience of supporting young women with lived experience of domestic abuse.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 32 months

Pay: £29,514.16 per year

Expected hours: 17.5 per week
