We are currently seeking a Specialist Mobile Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for deep cleaning and maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various commercial settings. This is a great opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating a clean and welcoming environment. This position would require some nights and weekends work. Schedules sent out every Friday. Company van & fuel card provided.

**Duties**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
- Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
