Team Leader Night Shift

Do you have experience of working in a mental health setting, we are currently looking for a Team Leader to work 3 x 12hr night shifts per week, opportunity to pick up more shifts at any of our company sites. Our rotas are completed for up to 12 months and you will be working a weekend on then off.

Aspire Health and Care aims to meet the mental health needs of our clients and achieve their identified goals in their personal recovery. Our client’s rehabilitation and move onto independent living is our aspiration as well as their own personal goal for many.

We are looking to recruit and individual that is personable, flexible and a motivated team leader to support our qualified staff with the delivery of care to our clients. You will be involved in meeting the psychological needs of a diverse group of people with varying degrees of mental health and/or personality disorder issues and occasionally providing limited personal care to a very small number of clients.

You will be caring and attentive with the skills to build strong and trusting relationships with people. It is also important that you work well in a team as you will work alongside qualified nurses and staff from other professions.

**Requirements**:

- NVQ/QCF in Health and Social care level 2/3.
- Previous experience within a healthcare setting is required.
- A strong sense of responsibility
- Reliable & trustworthy
- Willingness to learn
- Effective communication skills
- Flexibility and strong “can do” attitude
- Quality orientation

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
