**About Us**

We are an independently owned group of outstanding restaurants, pubs, and boutique hotels in the East Midlands, across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire & Lincolnshire. We operate several different formats, although each site is treated like every colleague and guest, as an individual. **About You**

You must be a confident and considerate leader - to nurture a happy and motivated team.

A passion for food is a must, with a keen eye for detail and experience of working in a busy fresh food environment. We employ hard-working people who are enthusiastic about creating exceptional dining experiences.

**Remuneration**

£10 - £10.50 + Gratuities

**Job Role**

Guaranteeing that all regulations and procedures are adhered to. Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen areas. Aiding the chefs when required in food preparation and service.

**Experience Required**

Minimum 1 year in a similar role. Training can be provided for those with less than 1 years’ experience
