The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting lodgement data into Trustmark for a retrofit project. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

**Role Profile**

The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for the following duties
- Inputting lodgement data into Trustmark with high accuracy.
- Verifying and cross-referencing data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Maintaining and updating project databases.
- Generating reports and summaries from the data entered.
- Collaborating with Retrofit Co-Ordinators, Advisors and Contract Managers and other team members to gather necessary information.
- Ensuring data is entered in compliance with PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 standards.
- Identifying and correcting data entry errors.
- Managing electronic and paper files related to the project.
- Assisting in the preparation of documentation for audits and inspections.
- Providing administrative support to the project team as required.
- Ensuring confidentiality and security of all data.
- Participating in training sessions to stay updated on Trustmark requirements and data entry best practices.
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as required.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**

**Essential**
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of construction projects.
- Familiarity with PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 standards.
- Experience with Trustmark or similar data management systems.
- Basic understanding of retrofit projects.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
