We’re also home to a buzzing bar and restaurant, open daily for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night drinks with a bit of dancing thrown in too. **About the role**

We’re looking to add a **Kitchen Porter** to our already strong team. Supporting the Head Chef, you will ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the kitchen at all times.

**As a Kitchen Porter in our business, your responsibilities will include**
- Cleaning of all cooking equipment, including pots, pans and other utensils.
- Cleaning of all crockery and cutlery.
- Cleaning of all kitchen areas; including stores and food preparation areas.
- Complete full deep clean of the kitchen fully on a nightly basis.
- Maintaining speed and cleanliness of pot wash area at all times.
- Washing and preparation of food as and when required.
- Assisting with deliveries and rotation of stock.
- All other duties as an when required by Head Chef.

**An ideal Kitchen Porter will**
- Basic English preferred.
- A fast learner with interest in kitchen work.
- Willing to take direction and work unsupervised when required.
- Ability to work in a hot environment, and stand for a length of time.
- Interest in Health & Safety and abiding by rules.
- Patience and good listening skills.
- Ability to prioritise.
- Be able to carry and lift heavy objects safely, and comfortably.
- Not afraid to get dirty.
