**What will this role look like?**

The Head of Partnerships will focus on both developing existing partnerships and forging new business relationships, routinely meeting with partners and managing key accounts. A strong communicator, the Head of Partnerships will engage with major stakeholdersand organisations to help the organisation flourish. Negotiating, producing agreements and reports, and liaising with various departments across the business will all be key aspects of this role. This role will also require a high degree of strategic ownershipin addition to the willingness and capability to get stuck in to the detail.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Extensive experience in partnership management, performance, and development
- Previous experience collaborating with membership organisations, Trade bodies, and Associations
- Proven track record in nurturing new partners and producing excellent results
- Strong communication, relationship building, and presentation skills
- Experience producing insightful MI reports and acting on their outcomes
- Adept at business development and preparing tenders
- Entrepreneurial spirit - self-motivated, organized, driven, and enthusiastic
- Commercially astute with a flair for business - consummate professional
- Confident and tenacious individual with strong leadership abilities
- Comfortable in making decisions in a dynamic environment in order to achieve targets
