Admin & Support Officer

The role reports to the Service & Operations Manager, working as part of a small team, to provide an efficient operational service with excellent help-desk support.
- **This can be a Full Time role or on a Part-Time basis (3-4 days a week).**_
**ROLE**:
Other tasks will include helping with Gift Aid and donation processing as well as providing a training programme for clients to be able to use the website platform service efficiently.
Marketing mailing campaigns assistance.
Adding new charities, updating logos, enabling access and assisting with introduction of Live Chat Support.
Help with organising any rotas, meetings and events as part of day to day operations.
Full training will be provided on how to use the platform.
**ATTRIBUTES**:
Happy to work in a small team and be flexible in terms of role.
Proficient IT skills and being open to learning and training of new software.
Excellent attention to detail along with a calm and compassionate manner.
Excellent organizational skills to ensure all support tasks are successfully carried out.
**Full Time: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm) / Part Time: 3-4 Days per week**
**£25,000 (Depending on experience and agreed hours)
