**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities.**
- **Advise and support**
- Guide managers to ensure a safe workplace
- Assist in the administration of H&S policies and procedures
- **Audits**
- Provide administrative support during audits
- Ensuring completion and reviewing risk assessments and accident reports
- **Staying present**
- Liaise with external consultants for training and services
- Completing reports and assisting with data gathering
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- Carry out accurate stock takes in a timely manner and report on stock/parts status.
- Keep stock and WIP at the lowest levels without affecting performance.
- Improve purchasing and supply chain management.
- Help introduce and develop a new ERP system.
- Minimise wastage.
- All other duties as directed by your line manager.
**Key Requirements**
- Experience in a similar, high pressure environment.
- Exceptional communication skills - written and oral.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
