Recall and Data Quality Administrator/records

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recall and Data Quality Administrator & Records Summariser to join our team here at Parkside Medical Centre.
This position will be for 30 hours a week, worked over 5 days.
**Job Summary**
To be responsible for the read coding of relevant information into patients’ electronic healthcare records on SystmOne clinical system, adhering to the organisation coding policy. In addition, the post holder will also support the multi-disciplinary team with the Recall of patient with Chronic Disease and Medication Management Recalls, supporting maximal achievement of QOF, Prescribing and IIF Targets.

**Induction**
At Parkside Medical Centre, you will be required to complete the induction programme and the practice management team will support you throughout the process.
**Learning and development**
The effective use of training and development is fundamental in ensuring that all staff are equipped with the appropriate skills, knowledge, attitude and competences to perform their role.
