**Production Supervisor**:
Coffee is our craft and our passion and the Caffè Nero Roastery is where it all begins. The Roastery is at the heart of what we do and where beans are roasted and blended before they become your coffee.
Our Roastery is now looking for a **Production Supervisor** to join the team. This is a brilliant opportunity to develop your passion for coffee and become a key member of our Roastery Team based in Battersea.
Leading and coordinating the production from end to end, the Production Supervisor is one of the core roles at our Roastery.
**Key responsibilities for this role include**:
- Ensuring manufacturing and quality standards (packaging integrity, labelling and loading to pallets)
- Sampling coffee and carrying out basic quality checks
- Completing records relating to Health and Safety, Food Safety, training and absences
- Ensuring cleaning and hygiene standards are followed at all times
- Fill out roasting and packaging digital records
- Operating machinery and carrying out basic maintenance
- Following all aspects of production, from the loading of green coffee to delivery
- Have supervisory or team leading experience
- Have technical production knowledge, either from studies or previous roles
- Be a real team player with a positive can-do attitude
- Have great organizational and time keeping skills
- Be able to work effectively under pressure
- Have an energetic approach, as well the flexibility to work on Saturday when required
