**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised, including restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas.
- Maintaining supply rooms and ensuring they are always stocked with the appropriate products. Re-stocking properties with bedding, towels, home essentials, making sure keys are copied and property is ready for a move in.
- In the case of bigger issues or repairs, updating the management or senior staff so they can make arrangements to have these solved.
- Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
- We have a high turn around of properties, from move in‘s to move out’s. We need flexibility for this role. This is a fast-paced role.
- Deep cleaning tasks such as oven cleaning, kitchen, bathroom cleans, end-of-tenancy cleans.
- Occasionally carrying out minor repairs, such as replacing a light bulb.
- Cleaners must be aware of and ensure they follow, all health and safety regulations. - Full PPE will be provided for any sharps removals

- Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written forms.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- **You must have your own vehicle for this role and able to travel Hartlepool and surrounding areas such as Middlesbrough, Stockton, Redcar, Durham, moving property to property.**:

- **Business Insurance must be obtained to claim mileage**

An Enhanced DBS will be required once successful for the role. - Immediate start is available if you already have an Enhanced DBS on the update service - code will be required

You must be confident to be around vulnerable adults who will be present when cleaning the properties.

Secured Foundation CIC work with a wide range of individuals with different backgrounds such as Ex-offenders, Care leavers, Homelessness, Substance Abuse and Mental Illness.

Pay: From £12.00 per hour
