**Tiny Tots Daycare** in Ash are looking for a Early Years Practitioner to join their team within the baby room. Our baby room has a capacity for 15 children and we continuously free flow between our room and the garden all day, setting up new and wonderful activities for the children. We are open all year round, Monday-Friday, 7.30am-6pm and are looking for a team member who is able to work varying shift patterns 40 hours per week.

**Early Years Practitioner main responsibilities include**:

- Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children, that are appropriate to their age and stage of development
- Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met
- Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery, and promote these daily in every routine
- Undertake any other duties to ensure the smooth running of the nursery, and the safety and wellbeing of children, staff and families
- Maintain strictly professional relationships and report any complaints or concerns to management in accordance with company policy and procedures

**Early Years Practitioner requirements and skills**:

- Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential
- Fluent in written and spoken English - essential
- Over 1 year’s experience of working in Early Years - desirable
- Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ash, GU12 6LF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Nursery: 1 year (preferred)
- Childcare: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Level 3 Childcare Qualification (required)
