**An exciting opportunity to join a fast paced and growing UK-based Fund Management business focussed on the Luxury industry.**

**Duties will cover but not be limited to**:

- Preparation of cash expenses
- Processing and cross-checking invoices and statements
- Monitoring cash flow and bank accounts
- Entering and processing financial information using Sage 200
- Assistance with draw downs, fund reporting and related tasks
- Filing documentation and maintaining internal records
- Corresponding with external parties
- Completing weekly cash reconciliations of bank accounts and dealing with queries in a timely manner
- Identifying any problems or issues that may arise and raising them with management to resolve
- Working within various reporting regulations and ensuring all files and processes are compliant
- Ad-hoc administration and assistance with secretarial, legal, tax and compliance

You must have previous experience working in fund administration and/or accounts assistant roles, ideally gained within Private Equity, as well as solid knowledge/experience of FCA regulation and reporting requirements. Attention to detail and the abilityto communicate effectively across all levels of the business is essential.

Working towards an accounting qualification (ideally CIMA) is desirable, and competency in French, Italian, German or Mandarin is an advantage.
