Are you passionate about landscaping and ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a driven and experienced Team Leader to join our growing commercial soft landscaping team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of high-profile projects across the central belt.

**About the Role**:
As Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for supervising a team of operatives on-site, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You’ll play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction, managing day-to-day site operations, and supporting the development of your team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate a team of landscapers on commercial sites
- Ensure timely completion of soft landscaping tasks including turfing, planting, mulching, and soil preparation
- Liaise with site managers and clients to coordinate project timelines and expectations
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and ensure compliance on-site
- Provide hands-on support and training to team members
- Complete daily reports and monitor material usage

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in soft landscaping, with a strong knowledge of horticulture being advantageous but not essential
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience on commercial landscaping projects
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- CSCS card (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.75-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 47 - 49 per week

**Experience**:

- Commercial landscaping: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- CSCS (preferred)
