**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop personalised care plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in psychotherapy practices and integrate new techniques into your work.
- Communicate effectively with clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding while fostering a supportive environment.

**Experience**
- A relevant degree in psychology, counselling, or social work is required, along with appropriate licensure or accreditation.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, particularly in providing psychotherapy services.
- Familiarity with IT systems for record keeping and teletherapy platforms is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in developing care plans that address the unique needs of each client is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £40,000.00-£51,274.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week

Schedule:

- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Peterborough PE7 2FH
