**About the Role**:
The Waiter / Waitress will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to their guests, ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience. This role will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing knowledgeable recommendationsto our guests.

**Essential Skills**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient service
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

**Desirable Skills**:

- Previous experience in a high-end restaurant
- A passion for Asian and European cuisine
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software
