**Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor (14-month FTC)**
**Oxford (Flexible working from home)| Circa £40,000 + Benefits**
Irwin and Colton have been engaged by a leading education and property organisation to identify a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to come onboard for a fixed-term period. The organisation work with Universities and higher education establishments acrossthe world. This role will work with the operational property team to ensure a high level of health and safety support across the 10 offices in the UK and 3 European properties.
This role can be based from the Oxford office or primarily from home.
**Responsibilities of the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor will include**:
- Working with the wider property team, engaging and supporting on health and safety.
- Supporting on the health and safety management system to ensure that it is reflects best practice.
- Assisting the wider team to identify opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of health and safety.
- Logging health and safety reports and data onto the internal IT systems.
**The successful Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor will have**:
- Proven experience in a similar health and safety role with experience across properties/universities or a related industry
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and ideally Technical IOSH membership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience influencing and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of managing multiple projects
