Paul Allen (Service Manager) is on the hunt for a Warranty Advisor to come and join his fantastic team over at our Mercedes-Benz of Brighton Dealership.

This is your PERFECT opportunity to continue your career within the Automotive industry whilst working alongside the well-established brand of Volkswagen (it doesn’t get any better than that).

We can offer you a competitive basic salary of £32,000 In role your working hours will be Monday through to Friday 08:30-17:30 (a total of 42 working hours per week); which will include a one-hour lunch break.

You will be based within our fantastic Service hub within our Brighton Dealership; which includes an additional Warranty Advisor, Service Administrators and Service Advisors. You will be part of a fantastic team of seven which will be there to support and guide you through your new role.

Day-to-day working as a Warranty Advisor you will process warranty claims to manufacturer standards, assess the quality of warranty job cards which includes feeding back to the Workshop, invoicing and paint and body claims. You will also interact with customers daily over the phone.

A little bit about you

We are looking for an individual with a Technical background, preferably within the Automotive industry. Are you current a Service Advisor or Warranty Advisor looking to shake up their career with Lookers?

You will possess attention to detail and strong organisation skills; this is essential when prioritising and scheduling work appropriately.

You will also be great at talking to customers and showcase a friendly but professional manner. Furthermore, you will be able to build strong and lasting relationships with your fellow colleagues.

It is also essential that you have strong IT skills; are you able to easily navigate around the Microsoft packages?
