Purple Rocket Recruitment is working with a World Wide Manufacturer of Injection Moulding Machines who is looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer. This role would be perfect for someone who would like to be part of an enthusiastic team, to helpto provide a first class service to the customers throughout the UK and Ireland. As a Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for routine servicing,repair, machine optimisation, commissioning, and conducting training sessions. In order to be consideredfor the role you will need to have a background in Mechanical/Plastics Engineering. Full training will be provided. The key tasks for the role are as follows;
- To respond quickly, professionally and efficiently, to all customer requests.
- To be self disciplined and motivated, to make best use of available time.
- To liaise with the Managing Director, in respect of daily duties.
- To progress and maintain your personal knowledge of the brand machine.
- in all aspects, and to develop personal skills.
- To be accurate and proficient in reporting and recording of activity.
- To always promote the company's business interests.
