Rugby Coach

**Scrumys** is looking for sports coaches to join our team

**Scrumys** is an inclusive rugby themed coaching and activity company, who want to make a difference to young children's well-being, through exercise and play, within a fun sports environment.

We are expanding, and have an exciting opportunity for sports coaches to join our **Scrumys** team, to support delivery of after school clubs, as well as toddler, nursery and weekend sessions.

**Main Duties**:

- To assist and deliver **Scrumys** high quality sessions with the lead coach or as the lead coach.
- To motivate and engage all children in the session and ensure they all participate.
- To ensure all **Scrumys **policies and procedures are adhered to.
- To liaise with the schools and the parents to make sure that the correct safeguarding measures are in place for the children.

We are looking for **professional, energetic, enthusiastic and engaging** coaches.

**ESSENTIAL**

Experience of working with a range of children aged 18 months to 11 years.

Current Driving Licence and have access to a suitable vehicle.

A passion for sport and an understanding of wider issues related to sport, health and education.

Good organisation and time management skills.

Excellent communication, motivation and ability to inspire others.

Willingness to work flexible hours.

**DESIRABLE**

RFU coaching qualification.
Sports coaching qualifications.
First Aid Certificate.
