Mortgage Case Checker
Excellent communication skills are essential as this role requires both written and verbal contact with varied parties that thoroughly respond accurately to the needs of the customer and the group business areas. It is essential that you have a real passionfor offering a fantastic customer experience and have the ability to deliver results within a deadline.
You will be responsible for:

- Confirm that customer outcomes are taken into consideration when dealing with all aspects of the Case Checker role.
- Ensure that cases are checked in line with the tools provided, including Case Checking Process Guides, Case Checking Methodology.
- Where necessary, seek guidance from Subject Matter Experts in other business areas.
- Suitability Assessment Forms and any spreadsheets that are completed, to be comprehensive, clear, accurate and up to date.
- Agenda Items to be put forward prior to meetings and queries, concerns, issues, trends to be raised for discussion during calls/meetings.
Your experience and skills will include:

- Basic computer awareness is essential, as is the ability to type accurately and quickly.
- Customer service experience and extensive use of the phone.
- It is essential to have the ability to multitask in a busy, high workload office environment.
- You will need to be a confident and outgoing team player.
- Ability to prioritise and organise appropriately.
- Accurate and numerate having a good eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing, are essential.
