Founded by two successful entrepreneurs the business has grown rapidly by making complementary acquisitions and developing new services to meet market demands. Operating in a buoyant technology space they have recently completed a successful round of external fundraising and now have in excess of £120m of capital to deploy on a major infrastructure project.

**The role of Graphic Designer**

The role of Graphic Designer is a key role within the company. How we present our business to the market and potential partners and customers is key to our future successes. As Graphic Designer you will work with key stakeholders in the company (Management, Sales, Product) to review with them their requirements and in turn produce and maintain presentation collateral with them for their needs in regards to on and offline representation. You will keep abreast of market trends and lookout for new presentation trends and be able to take on new skills. You will have a strong eye for front end and back end design.

You will uphold brand standards while creating effective, dynamic and well-thought-out internal and external presentations that are readable in multiple formats, especially web based.

**Main Responsibilities of Graphic designer**

Understanding the client's objectives: You will need to have a clear understanding of the client's objectives, the target audience, and the message that needs to be conveyed through the presentation.

Designing visuals: You will need to create visual elements such as charts, graphs, icons, images, and other multimedia elements that will help convey the information in an engaging and visually appealing way.

Developing a theme: You will need to develop a consistent visual theme that ties all the visual elements together and creates a cohesive look and feel for the presentation.

Crafting the layout: You will need to arrange the visuals and text in a logical and easy-to-follow layout that will guide the audience through the presentation.

Choosing the right fonts and colours: You will need to select fonts and colours that complement the visual theme and enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of the presentation.

Creating animations and transitions: You may need to add animations and transitions to the presentation to make it more dynamic and engaging.

Ensuring accessibility: You will need to make sure that the presentation is accessible to all users, including those with visual impairments or other disabilities.

Testing and refining: You will need to test the presentation thoroughly and refine it based on feedback from the client and other stakeholders.

Delivering the final product: You will need to deliver the final presentation files in the appropriate format and ensure that they are ready for presentation in the intended setting.

Collect and evaluate user requirements with the help of product managers and engineers.

Use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts.

Create prototypes that clearly show how sites work and look.

Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, illustrators, other designers, brand management, web developers and marketing specialists.

**Requirements of Graphic Designer**

Copy editing
- script content that is understandable and jargon free;
Ability to proof read;
Portfolio of work in UI/UX design for mobile and web platforms.

Ability to communicate complex ideas;
Computer proficient with Microsoft Office;
Ability to report accurate data across all systems;
To take ownership of projects and ensure they are followed through with detail.

Excellent knowledge of Adobe XD (or similar tools).

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
