Spa Receptionist

**The Role**

If you are an enthusiastic, hardworking person with a can do attitude, passionate about hospitality & customer service and have previous experience working in a customer facing, fast-paced and high volume operation, then we want to hear from you

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Taking and directing calls via switchboard
- Completing administrative tasks
- Making treatment reservations
- Overseeing daily reception duties
- Working alongside spa therapists and spa manager to ensure daily tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Demonstrate a passion to deliver excellent customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills with clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure within a team
- Ability to prioritise, plan, organise and demonstrate attention to detail
- Ability to engage professionally with people

**Salary**: £7.00-£10.00 per hour
