Lsc Coordinator

Milestone Infrastructure is currently looking to recruit an LSC Coordinator to work on our Oxfordshire Highways contract in our Drayton Depot near Abingdon.

As a LSC Coordinator you will support our Operations Team who are responsible for the scheduling and Coordination of Safety Defects and in the performance reporting on the contract

The Oxfordshire Highways Contract is responsible for maintaining 4600 miles of road, 3200miles of footway and 50,000 signs and bollards for Oxfordshire County Council.

**As the LSC Coordinator**your duties & responsibilities will be**:

- Working in a small team of 3 people to coordinate the repair of Safety Defects (potholes) on Oxfordshire County Council's
- Extract Safety Defect information (type of repair, location of repair) from an electronic database or from telephone call feedback and allocate the job to the appropriate delivery team
- Receiving calls from workforce for on & off site for work and logging times and information on the systems accordingly
- Passing on information promptly & recording / taking information correctly.
- Dealing with all Out Of Hours works to make sure it is cross referenced between LSC Oxford Milestone & the CSC Birmingham system - supplying / updating information on excel spread sheets.

**Skills & Knowledge Requirements**
- Good timekeeper
- Confident / pleasant telephone manner - good all round communication skills - written, numerical & vocal.
- Good IT skills - able to understand Excel spread sheets (format & printing), word documents etc
- Map reading & geographical knowledge of Oxfordshire preferable
- Ability to work to deadlines
