We are looking for a confident, forward-thinking, driven individual who wants to succeed within a company who value their team-members and what they bring to us.

Supervisor or Management experience however is required as you will be the support system for the Store Manager. Once trained you will be required to run the store in their absence (holidays and days off etc). You will be required to drive the sales and the team to excel.

Experience across fresh, ambient, alcohol, non food and gifting is ideal but not essential.

You must be able to manage a high pressured, fast paced store with a small team of people.

Working 5 out of 7 days, 40 hours per week.

Reporting directly to the Shop Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
