TalentBoard are looking for a Teaching Assistant for a role working within Liverpool based schools. To be considered for this role you would need:

- An in-depth understanding of Early Years development
- Experience of supporting children who can exhibit challenging behaviour
- Experience with supporting children with severe Autism
- Experience supporting children who are pre-verbal
- Willingness to support children with personal care

This is a challenging role that requires someone with resilience, and who understands the complex needs touched upon above. Although experience working within a school setting (either mainstream or specialist SEND) is ideal, we will also consider those who have the experience and knowledge outlined above through other roles.

Although challenging, this could be a highly rewarding role for the right person.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: £85.00-£110.00 per day
