We're looking for an enthusiastic, committed, caring level 2/3 practitioner who has a passion for early years education.

We are based in Gossops Green, Crawley. We cater for children aged 2 to 5. We provide an open ended, engaging environment to support our children in their growth and development.

Main responsibilities:

- Work in accordance with the EYFS to provide care and learning opportunities for the children in our setting.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with parents/gaurdians, keeping an open dialogue and providing regular feedback.
- Support children with their personal care.
- Responsible for a key group of children. Supporting and recording their learning and development via online learning journals.
- Provide fun, engaging, stimulating learning experiences through play. Looking after and maintaining the quality of our provision and equipment both inside and out.
- Ensuring and maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the environment, throughout the day

To be considered for the Early Years Practitioner role you must have a relevant Level 2 childcare qualification (or above), have good knowledge of the EYFS and be confident in taking observations. However someone who is newly qualified and interested in advancement in child care will also be considered.

- is confident in writing and reading English

Position type:
Term time only.
Monday to Thursdays 8.15am to 4pm
Fridays 8.15am to 3pm
Salary dependent on experience and qualification.

Full-time, Permanent, Term time only.

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour
