Veterinary Receptionist

The Mount Veterinary Practice is a small, independent companion animal practice with a focus on client communication and community. We are looking for a customer care assistant to work on reception, preferably with previous reception experience, for a variety of duties including answering phones, taking payments, interacting with clients and their animals, and generally helping to look after our clients and their pets. Open hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-7pm, Saturday 8.30am-11.30am and shifts will be within these times. We are currently looking for 13 hours per week with holiday cover for other receptionists on a regular basis so some flexibility is needed. Saturday mornings are on a rota and are currently a 1 in 8 rota. The hours we are currently recruiting for are Mondays 8.30-5.30 and Tuesdays 8.30-12.30. Come and join us by the seaside
