Just4Access Ltd have an exciting opportunity now available for a Hire Desk Contoller to join the team based at our Head Office in Highbridge, Somerset.

**About Just4Access Ltd**:
Just4Access Ltd is an independent, family owned, IPAF accredited access platform rental business, currently operating a rental fleet of 350 + units from two depots in our coverage area of the South West / South Wales.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Utilising assets effectively to meet targets
- Basic HGV route planning and logistics
- Deliver excellent customer service and professionalism
- Hold solid product knowledge
- Keeps accurate records within our chosen rental software
- Excellent inter-department communication
- Demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude

**Qualifications, training and experience**

Customer Service Advisor / rental experience preferred, but not essential. Key requirements / attributes towards the role are;
- Ability to commute to the depot each day
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to and work with colleagues, customers and suppliers
- Proven IT Skills

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
