We have a newly created opportunity for a driven Marketing Specialist to join our team of passionate professionals dedicated to helping athletes and soldiers reach their maximum potential. As part of the Sales and Marketing team, you will be our first marketing professional joining our EMEA region. Based in Reading, UK you will help launch ABM, thought leadership, and lifecycle marketing campaigns across sports, regions and seasons. Working in HubSpot and WordPress, you’ll help attract and engage coaches, trainers, and leaders within our target accounts across the European Market. You will work closely with our Sales Development Representative (SDR) and sales teams to ensure a smoothhand-off of MQLs, and you’ll be supported by content, design, and event talent to keep your campaigns loaded with significant assets. **Role Responsibilities** - Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to achieve Fusion Sport goals - Manage, maintain, and promote the company’s brand reputation through branding and marketing initiatives. - Be responsible for written and visual content for various social media that will attract and engage existing and potential customers. - Initiate and organize marketing campaigns to support the company’s brand strategy and business objectives. - Assist the management and sales team both locally and globally with the development of marketing and presentation materials - Designing and coordinating the production of marketing and promotions assets - Strong written and communication styles with demonstrated experience in writing effective and relevant copies - Providing support for effective communications of products, product updates and product news with customers and distributors. - Event planning and project management **Role Requirements** - Completed or working towards a relevant qualification - Demonstrated experience in a marketing focused role, with proven results in delivering successful marketing campaigns - Excellent time management and proven track record of working to deadlines - Practical problem-solving skills with a strategic focus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strong understanding of modern marketing technology and practices. - Experience using CRM tools i.e. HubSpot or similar **What we Offer**: - Competitive Salary **(£ 40-45k)** - Employee Reward and Recognition - Individual Professional Development Budget - Excellent work culture with monthly events - Flexible Working - Paid Holiday Leave - Paid Sick Leave **About Us**: Fusion Sport is a global leader in human performance software.
