**Sales Support Estimator Role** **Job title:Sales Support Estimator** **Salary: £25,000 - £30,000** **Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday** **Holidays: 33 days annual leave including bank holidays** **Type of Role: Full time, permanent** **Location: Leeds, LS27** Venatu has the pleasure to recruit for Sales Support Estimator role for our well-established Medical Equipment Manufacturer in Leeds. We are looking for someone to provide high-quality support to their great team. Working as a part of the sales support team you’ll undertake the daily activities of department. You’ll be taking personal responsibility for your own throughput and reporting of activity. You’ll work alongside internal and external colleagues managing documentation and ensuring pricing requests are met in line with the internal and external customer requirements. **Role specification**: - Ensure that policies, procedures, and safe methods of work are always followed to safeguard colleagues and customers. - Take responsibility for a portion of the pipeline of work within the Sales Support department in line with Sales Support Lead assignments. - Ensure that verbal communication and written documentation are both accurate and informative as required. - Consistency in meeting all departmental and personal objectives and KPI’s, targets are - Taking corrective action, when necessary, to improve own performance, in order to deliver outstanding customer care. - Providing required information and necessary technical detail for every project and making sure it’s comprehensive and complete. - Work with the Global Sales Team to ensure achievement of the business targets. - Maintain the business CRM system and the quality of the information stored. - Ensuring accurate records of customer interactions and activities are effectively utilized and shared. - Maintain the environment of trust, openness, and honesty. - Ensuring effective team working within the team and with all other departments. - Ensure providing of a high-quality experience to every customer - Implementing needed improvements to the customer experience, ensuring "Delivery of the Promise" **Other Day to day tasks included**: - Collation and Interpretation of Customer Documents - Liaising with company Sales Personnel to understand client requirements - Product configuration work - Labour Estimation - Timely preparation of customer quotations - Technical Submissions and Ad-Hoc Technical Support - Preparation of project Approval Packs - Provision of Supporting Documentation **Key Skills for the role**: - Strong customer focus - Passion to ensure that customer needs are met - Ability to translate technical documentation and architectural drawings into correct and informative product and or service offerings. - Detail orientation - Ability to plan and prioritise tasks in line with customer requirements and workload. - Confident in discussing customer requirements and in advising them as and when necessary. - Accurate and able to identify potential solutions to meet client’s requirements. - Works effectively and collaboratively with others - Able to implement integrated plans and manage change.
