We are looking for an Administrator for a new contract in Kent. Providing both clerical and administrative support to the operational team.

You’ll be:

- Managing the Client helpdesk
- Dealing with DBS checks for employees
- Completing daily and weekly KPI’s for our client within the deadlines set
- Producing monthly reports for the client and managers using excel and internal packages.
- Maintaining other internal documents and reports.
- Providing general admin support to for the contract with the operational team

You’ll have:

- Computer literate with proficient use of all Microsoft office package and databases, intermediate Excel would be an advantage.
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and building and maintaining relationships.
- Good level of numeracy and excellent levels of grammar.
- Excellent presentation skills for all correspondence.
- Effective and efficient time management of self and duties.
- Ability to use own initiative.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a pressurised environment independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and methodical approach to work.
- Ability to record information accurately and pay attention to detail.
