Due to **exceptional growth** T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Measham for a number of production staff to join their team on a **Temporary to Permanent** basis.

**Production Operative Job Details & Benefits;**
- £10.00 per hour on days and £12 on afternoons.
- Pay increase when probation period is passed to £10.50 on days and £12.60 on afternoons.
- Further pay increase opportunities with training and development if desired.
- Fantastic **annual bonus scheme**:

- Rotating shifts of 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm
- Monday to Friday - **Paid for 40 hours per week as your breaks are paid**:

- **Overtime** opportunities available paid at 1.5
- **25 days** holiday + bank holidays

- Manually loading and unloading products onto automated machine
- Operating machinery
- Stacking & Palletising products
- Reading and completing paperwork
- Assembly work
- Moving products around the facility
- Quality checking

**Production Operative Person Specification;**
- Physically fit due to lifting and moving the product
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow a process and complete paperwork
- To be able to work on your own initiative or as part of a team
- Happy to stand for the duration of your shift & complete repetitive duties
