**Job Description - Sales Office Administrator**
**REPORTS TO**:
Depot Manager
**SUITABLE CANDIDATES**:
Enthusiastic, positive individual who is outgoing, personable and will be able to work hard on their own initiative. Main duties will be taking and processing orders over the phone. Based within travelling distance of our Insch depot.
**WHO WE ARE**:
Oilfast are the fastest growing and now one of the largest fuel distributors in Scotland. In 9 years, we have grown to a level where we have 9 depots across the UK (mostly in Scotland). We have a large fleet of tankers and flatbeds delivering diesel, gas oil, home heating oil, lubricants, AdBlue®, gas bottles and fuel tanks out of those depots to a range of agricultural, commercial and domestic customers. We also sell fuel cards for drawing out our network of sites across the country.
We are a very ambitious company with a great team full of experience and enthusiasm. We are looking for a like-minded individual for the Sales Administrator role.
**ROLE SUMMARY**:
Work as part of a small team to deal with customer orders, banking, admin, customer pricing.
**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- A high degree of self-motivation and drive
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- A confident and determined approach
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Be willing to be forklift trained
- Processing of orders
- Goods receiving
- Customer pricing

- Invoicing/Crediting
- Purchasing
The role offers a competitive salary and incentive payments for new accounts.
We also offer a payment for taking the on-call phone on a rotational basis.
