**Early Years Practitioner**

We are currently looking for a **Qualified Level 2 or 3 Early year’s practitioner** to work with children 2 to 4 years at The Rugby Montessori Nursery School on Vicarage Road which is Ofsted Outstanding.

Working 3 full days 8 till 6 with 2 days off a week All year round.

You must have a minimum **Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare** with experience of working with babies (6 months to 2.5 Years)

We are looking for someone who has a passion for working with children, is hardworking and works well within a dynamic highly qualified team

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**We would like you to**:

- Provide a warm, caring and stimulating environment where all our little ones feel safe and happy.
- Contribute towards planning stimulating activities suitable to the individual needs of the children in your care
- Work alongside the Room leader and staff team to ensure that the philosophy behind The Rugby Montessori Nursery School is fulfilled.
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the room, including setting up and tidying.
- Prepare snacks, drinks and tea in line with our policies
- Maintain hygiene standards following our policies and procedures
- Work as a key person for a group of children, observing and documenting their learning and making sure they reach their development goals.
- Follow all nursery policies and procedures
- Ensure children are kept safe following our Safeguarding policies and procedures.
- To liaise with parents and carers ( Parents as Partners ) and other childcare professionals ensuring that the children's daily routines and developmental needs are met.
- To help with the smooth and efficient running of the room and nursery

**Qualifications and Skills**

We are looking for an Early Years Educator/ Nursery Nurse who is level two or three qualified in Childcare with at least 1 years’ experience in working with children.

The wage will vary depending on experience and qualification

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£12.30 per hour
