Bedroom House Keeping Assistant

Housekeeper Job Responsibilities:

- Performs cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house.
- Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Ensures housekeeping departmental standards are followed.
- Responds timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items like cribs, cots, extra towels, etc.
- Maintains inventory of necessary supplies.
- Reports necessary maintenance items.
- Follows departmental policies and procedures.
- Follows all safety and sanitation policies.
- Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
- Performs additional duties as needed.

Work Hours & Benefits

This role is for a mix of week and weekend work with a minimum of 10 hours per week. 8am - 9am shift start times and 3pm finish times. You will form a part of a close-knit and hardworking team. Individual performance incentives, company tips and bonuses for great performance.

Housekeeper Qualifications / Skills:

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team

Education, Experience, and Licence Requirements:

- Previous housekeeping experience a plus, but not essential.
- Familiarity with radio frequency (RF) equipment preferred

The interview process will be a telephone interview, followed with a one to one interview, or trial based interview.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £7.00-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 25 per week
