**Key Tasks**
- Creation and updating of Training Instructions and Standard Work Instructions.
- Support assessments and Line Trials of new and existing employees.
- Coordinate, train & assess all employees to standard work instructions/methods.
- Design and implement training aids, tools and procedures to improve training methods and standards.
- Maintenance of employee training records.
- Carry out standard work audits to promote and enforce standardised working methods.
- Support new project launch and product integration through training of employees.
- Support Continuous Improvement Workshops and activities.
- Support / carry out ergonomic assessments
- Support onboarding and induction process

**Required Skills and Experiences**
- PC literate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Train the Trainer qualification / skills
- Previous training knowledge.

**Personal Attributes**
- Team worker with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, solve problems and prioritise tasks.
- Team performance driven.
- Has the ability to install set Training system formats & standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £30,000.00 per year
