We are seeking a part (pro-rata) or full-time Sales Negotiator to join our expanding team. This is a rarely available role and a chance to establish a career within a fantastic company.

To be considered for this role you’ll be a professional, motivated, well-presented individual with the confidence and social skills for this high customer-facing role. Tenacity and determination to ensure the best result is achieved for both the clients and the company is a must

Responsibilities will include:

- Registering applicants
- Arranging and attending property viewings
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Generating and booking valuations
- Progressing sales through to completion

With a highly reputable and trusted brand and an excellent market share, this role offers variety and a fast-paced working environment. You’ll work closely alongside an experienced manager and receive ongoing support and training.

The salary package offered will range depending on experience, plus an office commission structure, including referral leads.

For full-time, a 5-day working week is exercised to include Saturdays.

For part-time, a 3-day working week is exercised to include Saturdays.

Please note a full driving licence and own vehicle is an essential requirement for this role.
