**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as dressing, grooming, and bathing
- Helping residents with mobility and transfers
- Monitoring and recording residents' vital signs and health status
- Serving meals and assisting residents with eating and drinking
- Engaging residents in social and recreational activities
- Responding to residents' requests and concerns in a timely and respectful manner
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of residents' care and progress

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a care or healthcare setting, or completion of a relevant care qualification
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and understanding for the needs of elderly or vulnerable individuals
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
