A warm and professional family based in **Paddington (W2)** is seeking a part-time afternoon Live-out nanny to care for their two children, aged **5 and 7 years old**. From **March 2025**, the family will welcome a new baby, and a maternity nurse will be employed for the first three months to support the transition. The nanny role will focus exclusively on the children’s care, as a full-time nanny housekeeper will be employed to handle housekeeping duties.

**Position Details**:

- **Location**: Paddington, W2
- **Hours**: Part-time, Monday to Friday, **2:30 PM - 7:30 PM**:

- **Ages of children**: 5 years old, 7 years old, and a new baby expected in March 2025
- **Salary**: £16 - £17 net per hour (Around £500 - £520 gross per week)

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Care for the two older children by organising fun, educational activities and ensuring their school pick-ups.
- Support the older children with their homework and provide opportunities for learning through engaging play.
- Assist in establishing routines for the new baby once the maternity nurse’s role has concluded.
- Foster a positive, structured, and stimulating environment to support the emotional and developmental needs of the children.

**Essential Requirements**:

- **Full, clean driving licence.**:

- **Fluent English (minimum B2 level).** A strong command of English is essential to support the children with their homework and ensure effective communication.
- **Current First Aid certificate.**:

- **Up-to-date DBS check.**:

- **Right to Work in the UK.**:

- Significant childcare experience, ideally with multiple children across different age groups.
- Proven ability to create age-appropriate activities and support children’s learning and development.
- Calm, kind, organised, and patient personality with excellent communication skills.
- A long-term commitment to the role.
